It is All About User Experience (UX)
We are all about improving software, especially software that interacts with people. We're so driven about user experience (UX) that we've created a special group, the Experience Design Group (XDG), and have dedicated usability experts focused on the areas of user experience in our products and on how we can improve them.
Our audience isn't only you, the developers and designers who use our tools to build software, but also for your customers who are the end users who will end up using the software that you create. We want them to have a terrific experience so that your software is successful and easy-to-use.
It is All About Humanizing Software
We understand that there's more to UX than just the user interface. User experience is affected by many facets of software creation. It starts with designing software with the end user's experience in mind, and finishes with delivering the software that a person uses. This means focusing on human factors throughout the software development lifecycle, not just on designing a visually-attractive user interface. It means bringing together the disciplines of usability, information architecture, visual design, engineering, and quality assurance to ensure that software is as human as possible in order to meet human needs and maximize productivity.
It is All About Putting User Experience into Practice
There are a lot of companies and consultants who talk about UX. Infragistics goes beyond talk. The fruits of the Experience Design Group and our drive to UX have improved the experience of our products and guided our customers in how to provide compelling user experiences for their customers. We're committed to making compelling user experiences the norm -- rather than the exception -- in software today and tomorrow.

- New Quick Starts have been included with every product since NetAdvantage for .NET 2007 Vol. 1
- We have been working with the Product Teams to improve the installation experience and give you more install options
This has just been the tip of the iceberg. We will be collaborating with product groups to continually improve our products as well as to continue to improve your experiences on our WWW sites and through ongoing guidance with articles, videos, podcasts and exemplars.
